Experiment:Agarose Gel Electro-phoresis

Materials
- bcsA,B,C(digestion had been done last Friday)
- Agarose Gel
- 10×Loading buffer 5μl
Procedure
- Pour the Agarose gel onto gel plate and make wells on it.
- Apply the 10×Loading buffer in the one of wells.
- Apply the Insert DNA in another well.
Consequence
We could see the bcsB.
