Experiment:Restrict enzyme digestion

- NEX , bambi75 and watachin
- Materials
- bcsA,B,C,D(each):50μl
- 10×M buffer:15μl
- BSA:15μl
- XbaI:3μl
- SpeI:3μl
- Procedure
- mix materials : M buffer(5μl) , BSA1(5μl) , Xba1(1μl) and Spe1 (1μl) to PCR products(50μl). Repeat this process 3 times , for 3 PCR products.
- incubation(37℃).
