Experiment:Agarose gel Electrophoresis
- Member
- NEX and watachin
- Materials
- bcsA,B,C(digestion had been done last Friday)
- 1% Agarose Gel
- 10×Loading buffer
- Procedure
- Pour the Agarose gel onto gel plate and make wells on it.
- Apply the 10×Loading buffer in the one of wells.
- Apply the Insert DNA in another well.
- Consequence
- We could see a band of bcsB.
