Experiment:Agarose gel Electrophoresis

Materials
  • bcsA,B,C(digestion had been done last Friday)
  • 1% Agarose Gel
  • 10×Loading buffer
Procedure
  1. Pour the Agarose gel onto gel plate and make wells on it.
  2. Apply the 10×Loading buffer in the one of wells.
  3. Apply the Insert DNA in another well.
Consequence
We could see a band of bcsB.
