Materials

  • PCR products 50μl×3
  • m buffer 15μl
  • BSA 15μl
  • Xba1 3μl
  • Spe1 3μl


Procedure

  1. mix materials : m buffer(5μl) , BSA1(5μl) , Xba1(1μl) and Spe1 (1μl) to PCR products(50μl). Repeat this process 3 times , for 3 PCR products.
  2. incubation(37℃).
