- BSA 15μl
- Xba1 3μl
- Spe1 3μl
Procedure
- mix materials : m buffer(5μl) , BSA1(5μl) , Xba1(1μl) and Spe1 (1μl) to PCR products(50μl). Repeat this process 3 times , for 3 PCR products.
