Preparation:Measure DNA concentration

Material

  • bcsA
  • bcsB
  • bcsC
  • bcsD
  • pSB1C3
  • TE buffer

Procedure

  1. mix 4μl of DNA and 4μl of TE buffer
  2. set mixture in absorption spectrometer
  3. measure DNA concentrations
