iGEM Panama

Today we were working on the terminator transformation.

Given the problems we have been presented with the terminator part, we decided to change it and used another forward terminator.

Part # BBa_B1002 Plate #1 welt 4B Plasmid psB1AK3 Amp resistance & kanamycin.

We performed a E. coli transformation:

We used:

2 plates of ampicillin: control & terminator.

2 plates of kanamycin: control & terminator.
