Pseudomona aeruginosa genomic DNA extraction
Today we made the genomic DNA extraction of the Pseudomona aeruginosa, we used the Wizard Genomic DNA purification Kit (Cat # A1125) and performed the gram negative bacteria DNA extraction protocol.
We also placed the transformed bacteria with the plasmid containing the parts (RBS, GFP) again to grow in liquid media and then we'll use a different kit for the parts extraction.
