Comments on the Competition
First of all we like to state that we had a lot of fun during the project. The idea of selforganising work sparks our scientistic flame. We get in touch with new fields of work, like the fundraising and PR. Moreover we already met some nice students from Denmark because of iGEM and we are really looking forward to meet more people in Boston during the Jamborée.
Unfurtunatelly there were problems as well. We had some problems with the design of the registry. A lot of Biobricks could not be found by using the search function. Hence we had to use google instead. Moreover we like to note that the registry should be reviewed manually. Some Biobricks are not properly characterized or are not working as expected. This is also a problem of bad experimental data mining within the teams for sure.
