Agarose gel electrophoresis --> all extractions are OK
Digestions :
- 18A : S+E (30uL)
- 1N: X+P (34uL)
- 14K: E+S (30uL)
- 23L: E+X (30uL)
- 1F: S+P (40uL)
- 24A: X+P (40uL)
Agarose gel electrophoresis : no DNA for 23L
Second digestion of 23L (5uL) with 0,5uL of EcoR1 and 1uL of Xba1 -> gel OK
Ligations :
- 14K/23L
- ratio 2:1 --> 10/5µL
- ratio 4:1 --> 12/3µL
