Shortcake
- Shortbread au chocolat :
- 200g de farine
- 50g de cacao
- 75g de sucre
- 175g de beurre
- 20 min à 180°C
- Caramel :
- 100g de beurre
- 50g de sucre blond
- 397g de lait concentré sucré
- Mélanger dans une casserole à feu très doux en remuant très régulièrement pendant environ 20 min
- Le caramel doit épaissir
- Verser sur le Shortbread et attendre qu’il durcisse un peu
- Nappage chocolat :
- 100g de chocolat noir
- 100g de chocolat blanc
- Faire fondre les deux chocolats séparément
- Déposer des touches de chocolat (genre en damier) et avec une fourchette mélanger artistiquement
- Mettre au frigo pour que le chocolat redurcisse
