Materials
- 40% sterile Glycerol stock
- 1mL overnight culture
Procedure
- Chill electroporation cuvettes, DNA samples and tubes on ice.
- To an empty 2.0mL microfuge tube, add 1mL 40% Glycerol
- add 1mL of your overnight sample
- gently vortex to mix
- store in a freezer box at -80°C degrees
