  • Extraction and digestion:
    1. ligation 4O/10L
    2. ligation 8C/14K
    3. ligation 1F/24A
    4. ligation I0500/24A
  • Gel electrophoresis --> the ligations have not the lenght expected.
    Those ligations have to be done again.
  • The ligation L2+1N seems to present the right lenght of insert (gel electrophoresis).
    We will confirm this ligation by a PCR amplification of the insert.
