Transformation of the ligation of the 12/10 (with purified DNA)
Liquid cultures of the ligations of the 12/10 (with unpurified DNA) :
- phasin/phasin-intein : 4 clones
- phasin-intein/2P: 7 clones
- phaC/12/13 and Curli/phaC: too much clones, the ligation didn't work
- 18A/L2/1N : no clones
Digestion of the clones with X+P
