Freiburg Bioware's 2010 iGEM Project BioBrick Parts
In the list below you can find an overview over the BioBrick parts created by the iGEM team Freiburg_Bioware 2010 provided within the Virus Construction Kit. This Kit comprises different parts that can be used to create therapeutical viral vectors based on the Adeno-associated Virus (AAV-2). For more clearness we and for better usability for later users we sorted this years into three cathegories that can also be found in the parts registry as cathegories:
