Materials

PCR products 50μl×3
m buffer 15μl
BSA 1 15μl
Xba1 3μl
SPE1 3μl

Equipment

pipet
pipet tip

Procedure

1)mix materials : m buffer(5μl) , BSA1(5μl) , Xba1(1μl) and SPE1 (1μl) to PCR products(50μl). Repeat this process 3 times , for 3 PCR products.

2)incubation(37℃).
