Parts Assembly
The sequencing results of the following parts were obtained. All the minipreps prepared were successful confirmed by the sequencing.
14f+6e, 21f+6e
Finally, the RBS was assembled with two reporter proteins (YFP and CFP).
Fusion Protein
Gradient PCR was done to plasmids pSB1C3 and pSB1T3 to determine the best temperature.
AHL Sensor
Digestion of part 51
Overnight cultures of parts 51 and 17 was prepared
