12ml cultures with the appropriate antibiotic, 2 cultures started from 2 different colonies on each plate:

• attC/term/attC/mRFP - Kan
• weak RBS/TetA(C)/LuxI/term - Amp
• medium RBS/TetA(C)/LuxI/term - Amp
• strong RBS/TetA(C)/LuxI/term - Amp
