Parts Assembly
The following digested parts were ligated into part 1a backbone.
6e+14f, 6e+21f
The following parts were ligated into the RBS backbone.
4a
The following parts were ligated into the ptetR backbone.
6e+21f
The ligation mix was transformed by chemical transformation method and left for 1 hour incubation after which they were plated and kept for overnight growth of colonies.
Fusion Protein
Transformation of the ligated parts: 34 and 35 into the chloramphenicol backbone
