Parts Assembly
The PCR amplified samples of the following parts were run on an agarose gel and their concentration was measured using nanodrop.
4a, 9b, 14f, 20f, 21f
The following samples were subjected to restriction digestion.
4a, 9b, 14f, 20f, 21f, 4a+6e, 14f+6e, 20f+6e, 21f+6e
The digests were analysed on an agarose gel. The follwoing parts were purified by PCR purification and concentration was measured by nanodrop.
4a, 9b, 14f, 20f, 21f
Concentration of miniprep samples from 02.09.2010 were measured.
