Ran gel of the following cloned BioBrick parts that were either in the 2010 Spring Distribution Kit or ordered from MIT:
7, 12, 23, 24,34, 35, 36, 37. 38, and 16, 17, 18 and 19, which were ordered from MIT.
For the most part, the BioBrick parts look good and we got fragments of the expected sizes.
In addition, the two colonies (e and f) per BioBrick part were picked and an overnight culture (7mL) was seeded. The following parts are:
2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 40, 41.
