Materials
- PCR products 50μl×3
- m buffer 15μl
- BSA 1 15μl
- Xba1 3μl
- SPE1 3μl
Equipment
- pipet
- pipet tip
Procedure
1)mix materials : m buffer(5μl) , BSA1(5μl) , Xba1(1μl) and SPE1 (1μl) to PCR products(50μl). Repeat this process 3 times , for 3 PCR products.
2)incubation(37℃).
