Parts Assembly

The ligation mix from 09.09.2010 was transformed by electroporation and plated and kept for overnight incubation.

Sequencing of the following parts were done.

4a, 9b, 14f, 20f, 21f

The sequencing of 20f was found to be as expected.

Fusion Protein

A Miniprep and glycerol stocks from the overnight cultures were prepared. A control digest to varify the correct insert was carried out. Unfortunatley not enough DNA was used to confirm the insertion.
