Nanodrop of the backbone PCR purified samples. The concentration was high but the smear found along with the distinct band in the agarose gel of the samples is still unclear.
Fusion Protein
A second colony PCR on ligations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 were performed to find positive clones. One positive clone was found for the ligation aiia into pETMMZZ.
Parts 39, 44, 45, 46 and 47 were transformed
