Parts Assembly
The assembly of promoter to the already assembled RBS+reporter protein was attempted. The following parts were digested.
2e, 6e + 14f
The digests were gel purified and concentration was measured by nanodrop.
Fusion Protein
Midiprep of the two backbones. pSBC13 and pSBC13 expressing RFP.
