Colin -
Anna - Collaborated with the Illinois Bioware team and modeled their bioremediation using COBRA. This will determine Arsenic update and growth rate change in the E. coli cells. We also worked on finalizing the Wiki and continuing our projects. Also started working on things the presentation portions of the project. This includes creating a poster, a PowerPoint and refining our speaking skills. Helped with fundraisers also.
Bobak - Registering and configuring server DNS: igem.illinois.edu. Still configuring mod_wsgi. Continued work on integrating biobrick database, xml dump fails, instead parsing fasta dump file.
