Jeremy - I spent this week installing more software on the server and debugging and improving all the new code that has been installed on it. The paths to every resource have to be updated to the new paths on the new machine. Every feature of the new website has to be tested to see if they work.
Anna – Had to go home for the week. Continued working on writing the COBRA script code and began writing a python script that will allow us to integrate the modeling with BioMORTAR. Looked at the coding for IMPtools and BioMortar to get the variable names to better incorporate the cellular modeling within the overall project
