Weekly Lab Notebook
September 5 – September 11
Colin -
Anna - Collaborated with the Illinois Bioware team and modeled their bioremediation using COBRA. This will determine Arsenic update and growth rate change in the E. coli cells. We also worked on finalizing the Wiki and continuing our projects. Also started working on things the presentation portions of the project. This includes creating a poster, a PowerPoint and refining our speaking skills. Helped with fundraisers also.
Bobak - Iterating on UI for strain designer. Splitting steps from imptools pathway genesis to plasmid design to submitting cobra order. Changing single plasmid to multiple plasmid products for each imptools component.
