Add-on Robots

Here you see a list of all the robots we have created. Each robot comes with its own user guide that tells you exactly how to use them. The robots listed here are add-on robots for the main SynBioWave Robot described in the first part of the . That means they do not work without it. So first add the main robot to the wave and then the add-on robots you want to use.

Alignment Robot

The Alignment robot is capable of comparing two sequences using global or local alignments.

Translation Robot

The Translation Robot finds open reading frames (ORFs) and translates them into protein.

ReBase Robot

The ReBase robot helps you find out where restriction enzymes attach to your sequence and cut.

Primer Designer

The Primer Designer helps you design primers for PCR.

BLAST Robot

The BLAST Robot uses the NCBI Blast service to perform Blast searches.

Organism likelihood Robot

The Organism likelihood Robot shows you how likely a sequence originates from a certain organism.
