Today, we performed mini-preps and made glycerol stocks from yesterday's overnight cultures. These BioBrick parts were ordered from MIT and are:
16, 17, 18 and 19
In addition, we nanodroped the purified plasmid samples to determine the DNA concentration. The following BioBrick parts were sequenced in both directions using BioBrick primers VF and VR2 (note that two single colonies from each transformations were used):
7, 12, 23, 24, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 16, 17, 18 and 19
We expect the sequences to be ready by Tuesday, 03.08.2010
