Himika
Today Chris miniprepped the colonies of I0500-B0034-MalE from last night. Thank you Chris! I also set up a restriction digest with EcoRI and PstI. I was unable to run a gel today. I also ligated and transformed DegP+RFP+I0500-B0034 and plated on AC.
