Experiment:Grow up a culture of A.xylinum

Materials

  • A.xylinum JCM strain 7644
  • media for A.xylinum(Open Wet Ware recommended)
  • media for A.xylinum(JCM recommended) 100ml 
glucoce 10g
yeast extract 1g
CaCO3 3g
DW 100ml
(add agar 1.5g for plates)
  • ｒecovery solution for A.xylinum 100ml 
peptone 0.5g
yeast extract 0.3g
DW 100ml

Procedure

  1. prepared media (plates of Open Wet Ware recommended media were made yesterday)
  2. autoclaved to sterilize media(121°C　20minute)
  3. added ｒecovery solution to an ampule which had A.xylinum
  4. streaked A.xylinum onto plates or in media
  5. incubated at 26°C

Experiment:Grow up a culture of E.coli

  1. streaked E.coli onto plates
  2. incubated at 37°C
