Experiment:Ligation

  • bcsA,B(from A.xylinus) 10µl each
  • bcsC,D(from A.xylinus) 10µl each
  • bcsA,B(from E.coli) 10µl each
  • ligation Mix(nippon gene) 20µl each

procedure

  1. add material to PCR tube
  2. incubate (20℃　10min)
