Rehydrating yneA

Aim

To get yneA hydrated so that we can run restriction digest (see below).

Methods

1. The dehydrated DNA is resuspended in 0.5 ml of water.
2. We then find out the concentration of resuspended yneA from NanoDrop.

Transformation of E. coli

Aim

Transforming yneA into E. coli so that we have plenty of stocks to future tests.
