Tony Purification of digestion and ligation (pucmod BB) with PCR purification kit. Ligation reaction performed (25 microliters) of pucmod BB and Eut LK. Matt Transformation of Eut LK/pucmod BB; stored in 37 degree incubator. Ian Second attempt at transformation of Eut LK/pucmod BB; stored in 37 degree incubator.
