Annie Transformation and plating of ligated cells. 2 plates left at 37 degrees Celsius. Tony Digestion from 2/10 run out on 1 percent agarose gel at 100 volts for fifty minutes. Rachel Spun down cells at 400 rpm for 5 minutes. Removal of 380 microliters following centrifuge.
