GENOMIKON
We set out to create a kit that would revolutionize the biology classroom. The GENOMIKON kit is an educational experience that allows students to both design and actually assemble their own plasmid in one afternoon. Students will learn the fundamentals of biotechnology, molecular biology and, synthetic biology through unique hands-on experiments provided by the GENOMIKON kit and GENOMIKON ONLINE.
This tour outlines some of our accomplishments. We introduce the foundational technology of the kit, the components the kit, and the kits' supporting software.
