Transformation of J13002-AraC and J13002-LacI ligations
Transformed into XL1B, which will be plated onto amp+ plates
Followed modified Adrian protocol
- Added 6.0ul ligation mixture to each transformation
- Incubated 30mins on ice (start @ 8:25PM)
- Heat shocked @42C
- 100ul LB, okated onto all amp+ plates
Overnight culture @37C
