Transformation of pBS+TatLinker ligation (9/16) into XL1B
Started at 6:15PM:
- Added 3ul ligation product into 150ul cell aliquot
- Incubated 30min ice
- Heat shocked @42C for 1min
- Added 100ul LB
- Plated 200ul on LB amp plate
- Incubated @37C
