Overnight cultures of LacI transforms

Roughly 2 small colonies per plate were present on the chlor plates. Six overnight cultures were created of 3mLs each. 1ul of 34mg/mL was added to each, yielding a final concentration of 11.33ug/mL chloramphenicol.
