pGEM-Lovtwo plate results

RFP control plate had hundreds of colonies. pGEM-LovTwo (with Bgl sites) ligation had contamination on the side of the plate but also 3 normal colonies on the other side. These colonies were placed into 4ml overnight cultures (LB+amp) and placed in 37C starting at noon (will miniprep at midnight).
