Weekends!!

Today, I did the ligations of CpxP into AC and AK plasmids, ligation of ipbAB into the AC and AK plasmids as well as the construction of I0500-I13507. I also retransformed the I0500 (arabinose-inducible promoter) which will be used for most of the circuits.

No notebook page exists for this date. Sorry!
