Today, we observed the plates where the R0040 GFP was added into competent cells under UV light. The plates had large quantities of growth only on plates containing ampicilin. No growth was observed on plates containing kanamycin. For the rest of the day, we continued research into the topics that we had narrowed our possible projects down to.
