Cloning GFP-terminator behind RBSes - approach 1 [Ania S., Ania P., Kasia, Cherry]
1. Cultures from 6.07.2010 were centrifuged -> sediments in the eppendorfs were light green.
2. Transformation results from 6.07.2010: individual clones were green during exposition to UV light.
3. Set up 2 ml liquid cultures of 'green' clones GFP-terminator/Anderson's RBS.
4. Set up 2 ml liquid cultures of 15-20 random clones from each plate.
