Preparing glycerol stocks of Anderson's RBSes/GFP [Ania P., Jarek]
1. Glycerol stocks of clones with constructs: J61100/GFP-terminator, J61101/GFP-terminator, J61107/GFP-terminator, J61117/GFP-terminator, J61127/GFP-terminator.
2. Alkaline lysis of these clones to check the correctness.
