Abstract Construct Experiment Notebook Result

Construct

Sudoku's main construct (We are making more simple version)

Now we're explain how to solve Sudoku with E.coli.

To explain this, we divide several steps:

  1. 4C3 leak switch,
  2. transcription of MS2 phage & location sequence,
  3. infection of signal virus,
  4. selective translational suppression and
  5. visualization of results.
