The Solubility Parts

The Acinetobacter radioresistens AlnA gene was synthesized downstream the inducible lacZ promoter (R0011) and medium strong RBS (B0032). The double terminator B0015 was also synthesized at the 5’ of the AlnA gene. The synthesized BioBrick was cloned into the pSB1C3 vector and expressed in E. coli DH5α.
