Today, we read through various scientific ideas that pertained to the projects that we brainstormed yesterday. As well, we learned the proper techniques for making plates with antibiotic resistance. We made plates that had ampicilin and kanamycin on them which would allow for selective growth when plasmids were inserted.

Today, we read through various scientific ideas that pertained to the projects that we brainstormed yesterday. As well, we learned the proper techniques for making plates with antibiotic resistance. We made plates that had ampicilin and kanamycin on them which would allow for selective growth when plasmids were inserted.
