Poured LB plates (20gLB, 7.5g BactoAgar, 1L H2O)
Miniprepped the J04421 overnight LC. Nanodrop - 162ng/ul.
Tested 2 batches of Kan and Tet plates. For each batch:
- Plate 1
- XL1B streak
- BL21 streak
- Plate 2
- Hand contamination
- Non-innoculated
